The advocacy DJs at Speak4 are back with our 2025 Wrapped – a greatest-hits compilation from a year defined by disruption, resilience and quiet innovation that powered some of the loudest voices in democracy.

Our Year at a Glance: “Can’t Stop” – Red Hot Chili Peppers
In a year marked by AI upheaval, regulatory turbulence and shakeups across the legacy vendor landscape, advocacy organizations didn’t need more noise – they needed reliability.
Speak4 rose to the moment by doing what true innovation does best: getting out of the way so our partners could get stuff done.
Since our launch, we’ve stuck to three principles – simplicity, innovation, and partnership. In 2025, that commitment earned us our strongest year yet: supporting advocacy at massive scale while keeping our platform intuitive, resilient, and human-centered.

Four years running – and 2025 came with a double win.
This year, Speak4 was honored by Campaigns & Elections with two CampaignTech Awards:

It marks our fourth consecutive year taking home CampaignTech honors. We are thrilled to have built a track record of consistent excellence.

In 2025, Speak4 rolled out major infrastructure upgrades to ensure our platform could scale without blinking:

This year, advocacy didn’t just grow – it accelerated.
In 2025, Speak4 powered:
- A 58% year-over-year increase in new campaigns launched
- 3.2 million new advocates
- 19.6 million messages delivered to decision-makers
When the stakes were high and timelines were tight, our partners trusted Speak4 to deliver – and the numbers tell the story.
Data You Can Trust: “Numbers” – Daughter
Accuracy isn’t a feature. It’s the foundation.
As advocacy scaled, so did our commitment to data quality, coverage, and reliability. In 2025, our Data team worked behind the scenes to ensure every message landed where it should.
Key wins included:
- 2,500+ recipient updates
- 300+ vacant seat and migration updates
- Automated election data powered by 39+ scrapers
- Canada and Australia data audits completed
- New officeholder and international targeting audit tools
- Improved committee data handling and election calendars
- Standardized vacant-seat tracking
- Enhanced sanitization and validation for phone, zip and email fields
- Reduced form submission failure rates through better field logic
- Validation of 25,000+ advocate records
- Meta lead form verification
And while other platforms lost access, Speak4 remained one of the only grassroots tools still able to submit comments to Regulations.gov – proof of airtight deliverability and engineering resilience.
Invisible Integrations, Real Results: “Smooth Operator” – Sade
We’ve never believed in a one-size-fits-all tech stack.
In 2025, Speak4 doubled down on frictionless integrations that let partners build advocacy systems their way – without sacrificing performance.
- Custom Read APIs and Zapier integrations now connect Speak4 with 7,000+ platforms
- As of October, 25% of partners had a live integration, from webhooks to LP Post APIs
- Embedded Speak4 forms eliminated extra clicks and matched partner branding perfectly
In a recent corporate partner campaign, embedded Speak4 forms converted at more than double the rate of traditional links – a powerful reminder that when technology disappears, results speak louder.
Partner Success: “Lean on Me” – Bill Withers
Innovation only matters if people feel supported.
In 2025, our Partner Success team delivered its strongest year ever – not just reacting to issues, but building proactive, trusted relationships.
By the numbers:
- Support volume nearly doubled year over year
- Average time to resolution dropped by 60%
- 100+ hours spent in dedicated onboardings and strategy sessions
- 85 new partners welcomed
Accessibility remained a priority, too. In partnership with the American Council of the Blind, we revamped landing pages to improve screen reader clarity – resulting in stronger performance for ACB’s advocacy base.
Learning, Listening, and Leading: “The Middle” – Jimmy Eat World
Easy integrations don’t stop at the keyboard.
In 2025, we continued to invest in people-centered conversations across the advocacy ecosystem, including:
- 7 webinars with speakers from grassroots, corporate, enterprise, hiring and legislative backgrounds
- Reports and white papers on reaching lawmakers effectively, maximizing recess periods and avoiding common advocacy pitfalls
- Off-the-record Hill conversations with legislative staff about constituent communications and workflow realities
- Events with digital journalists and influencers examining how social media reshaped the 2024 elections and governance
Through it all, we listened – to partners, to policymakers, and to the people receiving advocacy messages – so we can keep building what actually works.
Looking Ahead: “The New Year” – Death Cab for Cutie
As we head into 2026, we’re not just updating a platform – we’re redefining what reliability means in advocacy tech.
