Speak4’s Click-To-Call tool is the latest offering in our suite of quality-boosting features that maximize the impact of your advocates’ actions.

Now, Speak4 partners can prompt their advocates to take an additional step and call their lawmaker directly from their device in a single click.

Getting Partners on the Line

Our approach to developing Click-To-Call was unique. We innovate on a curve, meaning we optimize our development roadmap for features that boost quality and quantity for our partners’ advocacy efforts. 

Calling has been on our radar from the start, but we wanted to get it right. 

We had thoughtful conversations with Speak4 partners and our product team. Then, we applied learnings from previous work, including our successes with other redirects (i.e., StoryTeller Mode and GOTV redirects) to develop an easy-to-use tool that moves advocates further through the advocacy funnel and drives real impact with lawmakers.

How Click-To-Call Works

Click-To-Call is an additional action that capitalizes on your advocates’ attention during the moment of their highest intent – immediately after sending a message to lawmakers. Your advocates will be prompted to call their lawmaker directly from Speak4’s platform on their mobile or desktop device. The Click-To-Call redirect can also feature any talking points or additional information you’d like advocates to mention on their call. 

From there, your advocate clicks a button and they’re on the line with their lawmaker.

These actions are of course included in our reporting as well, allowing you to track the volume of calls to lawmakers, call length, call status and the names of your most vocal advocates.
